Brent McLean

Brent joined Northview Hotel Group in 2011 and oversees all hotel sales and marketing, revenue strategy, performance sales, and creative design. He also leads the firm’s residential real estate development and sales group. Brent has over 25 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing and real estate development and sales.

Before Northview, Brent was with Tarsadia Hotels in Newport Beach, CA, where he served as Vice President, Business Development, including overseeing the creative development and sales launch of Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.

Prior, Brent was a Senior Director with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company, where he oversaw real estate developments in California, Florida, West Virginia, and Mexico, and $500mm in real estate sales over four years. Earlier in his career, Brent served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley.)

Brent earned a B.A. with honors from Colby College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
