Matt Trevenen

Matt joined Northview Hotel Group in 2006 and is responsible for the firm’s business development, acquisitions, corporate administration, lender relationships, asset management, and takeover/transition leadership. He leads all underwriting of single-asset/portfolio acquisitions, equity recapitalizations, and debt refinancings.

Matt has conducted site evaluations, feasibility studies, rebranding analyses, and asset valuations for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use real estate projects in every primary and secondary market in the United States.

Before joining Northview, Matt worked at Lehman Brothers in fixed income derivative products specializing in swaps and options trading.

Matt earned an A.B. in history at Princeton University and an M.M.H. at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
