Lindsey Wilson

Lindsey Wilson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel specializing in Antitrust and Anti-Corruption Compliance at Masco Corporation since December 2013. Concurrently, Lindsey holds the position of President and Trustee on the Board of Education for Northville Public Schools since January 2021. Previous roles include Antitrust Attorney at Dykema from October 2011 to December 2013, and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from March 2006 to September 2011. Lindsey began a career in antitrust law as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division from September 2002 to March 2006, following a legal internship at the same department. Other early experiences include a legal internship with the Michigan Department of Attorney General focused on Antitrust and Consumer Protection. Academically, Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
