Chris Wiak

Chris Wiak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in battery systems and electric powertrain development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering Systems at Northvolt since January 2020, Chris has previously held significant roles such as Director of R&D at Gotion Inc. and Global Program Manager at Continental. Chris's career also includes key project leadership positions in developing mass-produced high voltage battery management systems and automotive electronics at Motorola. Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
