Carrie Reardan

Carrie Reardan is an experienced leader in systems and engineering, currently serving as Vice President at Nordstrom since October 2025. Prior to this role, Carrie held various senior positions at Walmart from September 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Director of Merchandising Analytics and Supply Chain Automation, and Director of Supply Chain Engineering. Carrie’s career also includes significant experience at Target from June 2013 to August 2021, where roles ranged from Lead Process Engineer to Senior Operations Manager. Earlier work experience includes roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Teaching Assistant and a Project Assistant at the University of Wisconsin E-Business Consortium. Carrie holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Optimization and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
