Jake Desousa

Jake DeSousa is an experienced professional in strategic management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Projects at Northvolt since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jake held multiple leadership positions at Our Next Energy (ONE), including Senior Director of Strategic Programs and Revenue Operations, where significant contributions included building a "Deal Desk" to enhance sales growth and improving program management processes. Jake was also instrumental in structuring teams at ELMS and supporting the executive leadership during critical transitions. With a strong foundation in operational best practices developed at SPMB and a leadership role within Egon Zehnder's North America Technology Practice, Jake has a proven track record of facilitating team growth and enhancing organizational efficiency. Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Tufts University.
