Jakub Chłopek

Jakub Chłopek is an accomplished R&D Senior Electrode Engineer at Northvolt since August 2022, specializing in electrode design feasibility and slurry recipe development, along with quality control and process optimization. Prior to this role, Jakub worked at LG Energy Solution Wrocław as an R&D Electrode Engineer from May 2020 to July 2022, focusing on product and process optimization for efficiency and quality. Jakub's career began at Bridgestone EMIA as a Laboratory Technician from July 2015 to December 2019, where responsibilities included testing the physical and chemical properties of materials. Jakub holds a Master of Engineering degree in Polymer Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Technology, both from Poznan University of Technology.
