Kamil Olejarczuk

Kamil Olejarczuk is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Production Quality Manager at Northvolt since September 2022, overseeing employee management and compliance with safety and quality standards. Previously, Kamil held the position of Production Quality Engineer-Production Quality Launch, leading quality assurance activities and training team members on quality standards. Prior to Northvolt, Kamil worked at Taconic from April 2014 to September 2022, progressing from Quality Specialist, where responsibilities included representing quality management systems and conducting audits, to Laboratory Technician and PTFE Operator, focusing on quality control and production processes. Kamil's early career included a role as Coating Department Supervisor at PPHU Unipaco, where production plans were implemented and team management was performed.
