Lukas Podschlapp

Lukas Podschlapp is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Founder of LuLa Engineering AB since February 2022, Lukas also holds a position as Technical Project Manager at Northvolt, where involvement in the ESS Expansion Program has included roles as Physical Product Lead and Sub-System Lead. Previously, Lukas was the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Structo, spearheading the development of 3D printers, and served as Project Manager at EDAG Group, overseeing budget management and contractual obligations for BMW projects. Earlier experience includes completing a Master Thesis and Engineer Internship at BMW Group, focusing on the B-pillar panel development, as well as an internship at ALDI Süd GmbH & Co. KG. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering and Transport and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
