Marion Roth 罗曼莉 has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marion is currently working at Northvolt as the Head of Industrial Engineering, where they are responsible for building up a new department and incorporating it into the company's Manufacturing Engineering landscape. Marion is also globally responsible for the OEE roadmap for battery cell production and delivering material flow solutions to Gigafactory equipment scope. Prior to that, Marion worked at Bosch as a Senior Manager in Manufacturing Engineering. Marion also has experience working at Boehringer Ingelheim as an Executive Trainee, AUDI AG as part of a Master Thesis Project, Porsche in an Innovation Lab Project, and as a Graduate Student Assistant at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT and Student Research Assistant at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, WZL der RWTH Aachen. Marion started their career as an intern at StreetScooter GmbH.

Marion Roth 罗曼莉 obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University in 2009-2013. Marion also completed a semester abroad at Yonsei University in 2011-2012.
