Amy S. currently serves as the Learning & Organization Development Program Director at Northwell Health since January 2022. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at Ralph Lauren from February 2011 to November 2020, including Director of Systems Learning & Integration and Director of Change & Organization Development, where responsibilities included managing training teams, facilitating change management initiatives, and leading global programs for employee engagement and system deployments.
