Andy Pan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and Physiology from Purdue University. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse in the Medicine Unit at Long Island Jewish Medical Center under Northwell Health since May 2021, Andy has previous nursing experience gained during clinical training at NYU Langone Health, where diverse rotations included gastrointestinal surgery, psychiatry, post-surgery, maternity/pediatrics, and community health nursing. Experience as a Medical Assistant at Brain Nerve & Spine PLLC involved conducting patient intake and performing neurodiagnostic tests, while earlier roles included medical assistance at East New York Eyecare and community partnership work with Food Finders. Research experience in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Purdue University focused on cancer cell cultivation and drug efficiency analysis.
