Anna Sharts

Anna Sharts, MA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People Leader HR Partner at Northwell Health since March 2019, where Anna has also held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this position, Anna worked at Preferred Home Care of NY from February 2013 to March 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Corporate Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Representative. Earlier in her career, Anna served as the Director of Human Resources at Platinum Home Health Care from June 2010 to February 2013. Anna Sharts holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College (2008-2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College (2004-2008).
