Colleen O'Donnell Flores

Colleen O'Donnell Flores is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in quality and regulatory affairs within the organ transplant sector. Currently serving as the NYS Transplant Council - National Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine, Workgroup Co-Lead at the New York State Department of Health since February 2023, Colleen has held the position of Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Organ Transplant at Northwell Health since June 2017. Colleen's expertise extends to various capacities at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and leadership roles, including Chair of the Regulatory Affairs Committee at New York Kidney and Regulatory and Quality Director at NYU Langone Health.
