David Schlessinger is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in the field of eye and facial surgery. Since October 1995, David has served as the M.D., Owner, and Director of Schlessinger Eye & Face, while also owning and operating the Melville Surgical Center since July 1994. Additionally, David has held the position of Attending at North Shore-LIJ Health System since 2000. Educationally, David completed a Fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery and Neuro-Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota Medical School from 1992 to 1993, after earning an M.D. in Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine between 1984 and 1988.
