Dr. Shakira Daley Dnp

Dr. Shakira Daley DNP, RN, NE-BC, CPPS is a highly accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership and quality improvement in healthcare settings. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hofstra University School of Health Sciences and in a dual role as Senior Executive Program Director/Chief of Staff at Northwell Health, Dr. Daley's responsibilities include managing program development and operational performance. Previous positions include Director of the Magnet Program and Nursing Quality at Northwell Health, System Senior Director-Nursing Quality at NYC Health + Hospitals, and various leadership roles at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Daley has demonstrated significant achievements in clinical quality improvement, nursing safety, and organizational leadership, evidenced by a substantial reduction in hospital-acquired conditions during their tenure. An active member of the community through their role as a Board Member at Large for the Healthcare Leaders of New York, Dr. Daley holds advanced degrees in Healthcare Systems Leadership and Nursing Administration from Chamberlain University.
