Emily Igo

Emily Igo is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and operations. Currently serving as Director of Revenue Cycle at Northwell Health since June 2023, Emily previously held the position of Payor Operations Lead at Jabra Hearing from November 2021 to June 2023, following its acquisition by GN Hearing. Prior experience includes roles as Revenue Cycle Manager at Cityblock Health, where a focus was placed on addressing healthcare access for underserved populations, and Revenue Cycle Operations at Mount Sinai Health System. Additional roles at NYU Langone Health, Grant Thornton LLP, Voz Advisors, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and Charles B. Wang Community Health Center highlight a solid foundation in healthcare consulting, research, and youth services. Emily holds a BA in Economics from Barnard College and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Tsinghua University.
