Ines Ruiz Vanboom

Ines Ruiz vanBoom currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Northwell Health, a position held since June 2010, where responsibilities include leading initiatives aimed at positively impacting the environment and society through ethical business practices. Prior roles at Northwell Health include Assistant Vice President of Workforce Readiness and Director of Operations, focusing on the advocacy and development of Advanced Clinical Providers. Ines has also held various administrative positions, including Senior Administrative Manager and Coordinator roles. In addition to professional experience, Ines is active in the Healthcare Leaders of New York as Treasurer from January 2022 to February 2024 and has previously worked as a Medical Assistant in Pediatrics.
