Jaclyn Vida

Jaclyn Vida is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a robust background in digital strategy, customer loyalty, and retention. Currently serving as AVP of Marketing & Communications at Northwell Health since January 2018, Jaclyn has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, advancing from Sr. Director to Director positions focused on digital strategy and customer loyalty. Prior to Northwell Health, Jaclyn worked at CareConnect Insurance Company, Inc. as Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications and at JetBlue Airways, where roles included Manager of Loyalty Program and Marketing. Additional experience includes positions at KSL Media and MediaCom, contributing to expertise in media planning and brand advertising. Jaclyn holds degrees from Indiana University Bloomington and the University of Sydney.
