Patrick Tong

Patrick Tong has extensive experience in managed care and finance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Managed Care at North Shore-LIJ Health System since March 2006, Patrick oversees payer relations and contracting for a vast network that includes 19 acute care hospitals and over 3,000 physicians. Prior roles at New York Presbyterian Hospital included Assistant Vice President and Director of Managed Care, focusing on finance, budgeting, and contracting functions for a Medicaid managed care plan. Earlier in Patrick's career, positions at Jacobi Medical Center involved financial analysis and health care program planning. Patrick holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, both from John Jay College (CUNY).
