Paul Lambson

Paul Lambson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, and revenue management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Marketing Analytics & Technology and Lead of the CRM Center of Excellence at Northwell Health since March 2019, Paul also contributes as a Lead Instructor in Customer Experience and Analytics at General Assembly. Paul held the role of Adjunct Professor at Canisius College from December 2022 to June 2023. Previous positions include Director of Insights and Revenue Management at Hornblower Cruises and Events, Head of Rider Success at NYC Ferry, and various managerial roles at JetBlue Airways, including Manager of Commercial Development & Strategy. Paul has also worked with Frontier Airlines and US Airways, focusing on forecasting and strategic analysis. Educational accomplishments include a Chief Data Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University.
