Richa Nahar

Richa Nahar, MD, currently serves as an Attending Physician in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Northwell Health since August 2024. In addition, Richa Nahar contributes as a Committee Member on the Quality Improvement and Implementation Committee for the American Thoracic Society and as a Trainee Work Group Committee Member for the American College of Chest Physicians, with a focus on enhancing the education and transition for trainees. Previously, Richa Nahar was the Chief Fellow at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and held various roles at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where Richa Nahar led projects aimed at improving clinical quality. Richa Nahar's extensive training in Internal Medicine includes graduating from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with a prior medical degree obtained from Government Medical College, Surat.
