Rob Hoell

Rob Hoell is an experienced media professional with a robust background in broadcasting and education. Serving as an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University since January 2013, Rob teaches Broadcast Writing and Reporting. Additionally, Rob has been with Northwell Health since May 2011 as a Video Producer and On-Air Talent, and also holds the position of News Director for a 30-minute Health Magazine Show aired on CBS station WLNY. Since 2005, Rob has contributed to WPIX-TV as an On-Air Reporter and Bureau Chief, focusing on issues that are significant to Long Islanders for the PIX News at Ten. Earlier in his career, Rob was a reporter at News 12 from 2000 to 2005. Rob holds a Master's degree in Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, both from the New York Institute of Technology.
