Thomas Sullivan

Thomas Sullivan possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and community support roles. Currently serving as Program Manager for Eastern Region Operations at Northwell Health since August 2022, previous positions include Senior Associate and Associate in Finance & Operations Management. Thomas also worked as a Community Habilitation Specialist at both East End Disability Associates Inc. and Independent Support Services, Inc. Additionally, Thomas has experience as a Substitute Teacher at St Joseph School and as a Group Aide/Specialist in the Town of Hempstead ANCHOR Program. A former Care Coordination Intern focused on Health Data Analytics at Mary's Center, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management & Policy from Georgetown University.
