Brittney Varner

Brittney Varner has a diverse work experience that spans over different companies and roles. Brittney started their career at Academy Bank, a Division of Armed Forces N.A., where they worked as a Personal Banker from June 2008 to March 2010. Brittney was responsible for managing bank operations, such as teller drawer management, opening new accounts, and adhering to operational compliance and security policies.

From March 2010 to July 2011, Brittney worked at Academy Bank as an Assistant Banking Center Manager. In this role, they managed staff on bank compliance and security policies, trained new tellers, and managed the branch's teller line.

Brittney then moved on to KeyBank, where they worked as a KeyCenter Manager from July 2011 to April 2012. Here, they managed staffing and provided employees with feedback and guidance regarding sales goals, customer service, and compliance issues.

Next, they joined U.S. Bank as a Customer Service Manager from April 2012 to December 2012. In this role, they assisted clients and staff with financial planning analysis and was responsible for leading and managing a positive atmosphere at the branch.

Finally, Brittney joined Northwest Administrators, Inc in April 2013 as an Audit Supervisor. Brittney worked with clients of the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust Fund, reviewed and resolved audit findings, and conducted audits to ensure compliance with labor agreements and trust policies. Brittney later became an Assistant Manager in the Audit Department, where they increased employee retention and satisfaction through leadership and mentoring.

Throughout their career, Brittney has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage teams, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance customer service.

Brittney Varner attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Finance, General.
