Kristin Anderson

Kristin Anderson, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Kristin is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Northwest Administrators, Inc since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at CALIFORNIA HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER LA from February 2016 to December 2020.

Before that, they worked as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at Dignity Health from July 2014 to February 2016. From 2005 to 2014, they held the position of Recruitment Manager at Glendale Memorial Hospital & California Hospital.

Kristin also has experience as a Retention Officer at Huntington Hospital from 2003 to 2005 and as an Associate Director of Development at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1999 to 2001. Their early work experience includes being a Volunteer Resources Manager at AIDS Project Los Angeles from 1991 to 1996.

Kristin Anderson, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University, Northridge. In 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
