Joseph Carswell

Joseph Carswell is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Help Desk Supervisor and System Network Administrator at Northwest Bank since July 2017. Joseph has a proven track record in developing onboarding processes and managing hardware and software deployments. As a Budget Committee Member for the City of Lafayette Oregon since December 2020, Joseph contributes to local governance. Previous roles include tech support and sales at Winterhawks Amateur Hockey Association, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining point of sales systems, and Lead Installer & Computer/Network Technician at Coach Automotive Accessories, where IT infrastructure was established and managed. Joseph also has experience as an Android Developer at Camsoft LLC, and volunteered at Haven of Hope Ranch, focusing on graphic design and mentoring. Joseph attended Portland Community College from 2015 to 2017.
