Kristi Allen

Kristi Allen currently serves as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Northwest Bank, a position held since January 2017, following a role as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Relationship Manager. Previously, Kristi gained experience at Bank of the Northwest as an Assistant Relationship Manager, where support for analytical and underwriting tasks was provided to Relationship Managers while also contributing to the development of new business relationships. Prior to that, Kristi worked at Wells Fargo as a Relationship Associate, transitioning after the First Interstate/Wells Fargo merger. Kristi's earlier experience includes managing a portfolio of small business customers at First Interstate Bank as a Relationship Manager, serving as a Credit Analyst, and conducting collateral examinations as a Collateral Examiner. Kristi Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oregon State University.
