Caleb Beckford

Caleb Beckford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caleb began their career as an intern at the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce in 2002, where they focused on marketing and event coordination. In 2003, they worked as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors, building client relationships and leading educational seminars. Caleb then transitioned to National Penn Bank, where they served as a Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of performing commercial real estate credits. Caleb joined TD Bank in 2007 and held various roles, including AVP - Credit Analyst and AVP - Middle Market Credit Analyst, where they underwrote and managed commercial clients and mentored credit analysts. Caleb also completed TD Bank's post-MBA Management Associate Program, undertaking rotations in Small Business Banking and Enterprise Risk Management. Caleb took on leadership positions at TD Bank as VP, Credit Manager, and eventually Group Product Manager for SBA Division. Caleb then joined LendingClub as the Director of Commercial Strategy, where they led initiatives and managed projects across multiple business lines. Caleb later returned to TD Bank as a Senior Commercial Knowledge Management Strategist before taking on their current role as SVP, Head of Commercial Strategy and Effectiveness at Northwest Bank. Overall, Caleb's work experience demonstrates their expertise in commercial banking, strategic planning, project management, and sales effectiveness.

Caleb Beckford has a diverse education history. Caleb earned a Leadership Certificate in Leadership Development from The Wharton School in 2015-2016. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Management and Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2008-2010. Caleb also has a B.A. in Economics, with Honors, from Dickinson College, which they obtained from 1999-2003. Caleb completed coursework towards an MBA at Villanova University from 2005-2007, and received their HS Diploma from Westtown School in 1999. Additionally, Caleb holds certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®), Series 7 & 66, and Credit Risk Certification (RMA-CRC Designation). Caleb also has a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
