Lance Spencer

Lance Spencer has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Lance began their career at Carriage House Companies, Inc. in 1996, where they served as the Manager of Network Information Systems until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Lance worked at Ralcorp Holding Inc as the Manager of Enterprise Information Security. In 2012, they joined Northwest Bank and held various roles including Team Leader, Assistant Vice President, and currently serves as the SVP and Chief Information Security Officer.

Lance Spencer attended Dunkirk Aviation Flight School from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an FAA Private Pilot degree in the field of Aviation. Lance then went on to Bryant & Stratton College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming with a minor in Data Processing. Additionally, Lance has certifications in CISSP from (ISC)², obtained in 2005, and Security+ from CompTIA.
