Josh Sosnin

Josh Sosnin's work experience includes various roles in the field of information security. Josh started in 2015 as the Vice President of Global Security Services at Rimini Street, where they provided security advisory and counsel to enterprise customers. In 2018, they joined Ellucian as the SVP and Chief Information Security Officer, guiding over 2,700 customers in improving operations and enhancing user experience. Throughout their career, they have also served as a speaker at various events, sharing their knowledge and experiences in cybersecurity with higher education institutions and organizations.

Josh Sosnin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Josh has also obtained several certifications, including a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2020, a Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA in 2008, a Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2007, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2003.
