Marc Hensens

Marc Hensens has a significant amount of work experience in the field of telecommunications and systems engineering. Marc currently holds the position of Lead Enterprise Systems Engineer at Northwest Bank since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Systems Engineer Infrastructure at the same company from April 2018 to May 2023.

Before joining Northwest Bank, Marc worked at Bluestem Brands, Inc. as a Sr. Telecom Manager from February 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the design, selection, implementation, and support of all Call Center and Enterprise Telecom solutions.

Marc'scareer began at Kuipers in June 1985, where they worked as a Telecom Specialist until February 1996. Marc then joined Lucent Technologies as a Network Manager from February 1996 to April 2000, followed by a long tenure at Prometric. At Prometric, they held various managerial positions including Manager, Telecommunications from April 2000 to June 2011, Manager, End User Support from June 2011 to November 2012, and Manager, Collaboration Technologies from December 2012 to October 2015.

Marc Hensens attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2006, where they studied Information Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to that, they attended RSG JH Tromp Meesters, Steenwijk from 1976 to 1981. Marc has also obtained several certifications, including ASTA - Avaya Officelinx, Avaya Oceana™ Solution Support Certified, Avaya Oceana™ Solution Implement Certified, ACIS Avaya Aura Core Components, ACIS Avaya Oceana Solution, ACSS Avaya Oceana Solution, ASPS Avaya Breeze, and ITIL Foundation.
