Michele Kertzie

Michele Kertzie has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on sales management, customer service, and branch leadership. Michele currently serves as the Sales Enablement Vice President at Northwest Bank. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Branch Manager at HSBC US from 2019 to 2021. Before joining HSBC, Kertzie was the Retail Sales Manager at Evans Bank, where they led and drove performance across all branches and lines of business. Michele also held the role of First Vice President/Customer Experience Director at First Niagara Bank, where they developed customer-centric service standards and employee recognition programs. Earlier in their career, Kertzie worked as a Branch Manager/AVP at KeyBank and as a Public Relations/Media Director at Ed Smith Productions/Melody Fair.

Michele Kertzie obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University at Buffalo between 1989 and 1992.
