Angela DuPont

Angela DuPont has held several roles in the Human Resources field. In 2019, they were the Director of Employee Development at Northwest Cascade Inc., where they were responsible for implementing core payroll and people processes and systems, as well as overhauling the recruiting process. Angela also held the role of Human Resources Director at TwinStar Credit Union that same year. From 2011 to 2019, they were the People Operations Director at Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc., where they managed $1M in HR budget and partnered with executives to develop new business initiatives. From 2002 to 2011, they were an External Relations Advisor and HR Analyst and Advisor at TransAlta, where they were the spokesperson and communications coordinator, successfully reaching an agreement with environmental groups, legislators and labor. Angela also developed a video series promoting sustainability and community involvement, and planned several large community events.

Angela DuPont's educational history includes a diploma from Yelm High School, obtained in 1991. Angela then attended Centralia College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Management in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a General degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, a SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
