Lauren Scully

Lauren Scully has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with Ortlieb USA as a Marketing Assistant. In 2015, they moved to Mina Group: Restaurant RN74 as a Pastry Cook. From 2017 to 2021, they held two positions at The Lakehouse Bellevue, Executive Chef and Pastry Chef. Most recently, they have been working as a Sous Chef at W Hotels since 2021, and is currently Assistant Project Manager at Northwest Cascade Inc.

Lauren Scully attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Pâtisserie Diplome in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Western Washington University and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business Administration and Management, General.
