Belle I.

Belle I. is a talent strategy and content specialist at Northwest Center, where employment commenced in March 2021. Prior to this role, Belle I. accumulated extensive experience in human resources at Express Employment Professionals from September 2017 to February 2021, holding various positions including human resources operations manager and senior human resources administrator. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a teachers assistant and assistant to the vice president of programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound in early 2017. Belle I. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington, obtained in June 2017, as well as an Associate of Arts from Green River College, completed in 2015.
