Lenka Lyons

Lenka Lyons has a strong background in operations management and leadership. Lenka currently holds the role of Sr. Director Operations at Northwest Center, focused on Amazon. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Manager Global Operations at Ricoh Global Services, where they were responsible for managing and leading Service Delivery Operations teams for a contracted Global client in multiple countries. Before that, they held the positions of Area Director Managed Services and District Manager, Implementation at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where they provided operational management, leadership, and coaching to successfully achieve customer satisfaction and meet goals. Lenka began their career as an Operations Manager at IKON Office Solutions and held this role for a significant time period.

Lenka obtained additional certifications including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in October 2019 and ITIL® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2018.
