Rubeena Mohamed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Process Analyst at Northwest Center since October 2022, Rubeena previously held the position of Senior Manager for Quality Improvement and Compliance at Children's Home Society of Washington, leading initiatives that enhanced service delivery and compliance in a 300-member nonprofit. Rubeena has also worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant for the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, managing teams and improving government service processes. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Planning Officer at the National Library and Information Systems Authority, where strategic planning and performance evaluation were key focus areas, and as a Project Analyst at Tenneco, leading process improvement initiatives. Rubeena holds both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The University of Toledo.
