Adam J. Antell

Adam J. Antell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Customer Engagement Analytics PMO at NICE Ltd since August 2018, as well as the Director of Mattersight Implementation Services. Additionally, Adam holds the position of Treasurer and is an Executive Board Member at Northwest Chargers Hockey, alongside various coaching roles. Prior to their current positions, Adam spent nearly twelve years at Mattersight Corporation, culminating in the role of Vice President of Implementation Services, where engagement with major clients such as Progressive Insurance and Microsoft was notable. Adam's early career included quality assurance management and coaching roles in hockey, showcasing a blend of analytics expertise and leadership in sports. Adam earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Lake Forest College in 2006.
