Stephanie Quinn

Stephanie Quinn is an experienced professional in program management and market transformation within energy efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), Stephanie has held various roles including Market Transformation Manager for water heating and motor-driven systems, as well as Senior Program Manager. Prior to NEEA, Stephanie was a Program Manager at CLEAResult and a Senior Project Coordinator at PECI. Early career experiences include serving as an Office Assistant at Classroom Law Project and a Volunteer Leader at Hands On Portland. Stephanie holds a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Tennessee Technological University.
