Susan Pearson

Susan Pearson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Northwest Exterminating since February 2007, where responsibilities include providing consultative HR support, managing payroll processes, and overseeing various HR functions for an organization of 270 employees. Prior to this role, Susan worked as an HR Consultant at Coloplast from June 2005 to February 2007, focusing on projects such as handbook revisions and the implementation of payroll systems. Earlier in the career, Susan held a managerial position in human resources at AT&T from 1991 to 2005. Susan holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Kennesaw State University and a BA in Social Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
