Doug Skiba

Doug Skiba currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Northwest Federal Credit Union since August 2024. Previously, Doug held the position of Chief Information Officer at Stellar Bank from February 2023 to July 2024, and Chief Information Officer at Allegiance Bank from September 2019 to February 2023. Earlier in a career spanning over three decades, Doug served as EVP of IT Architecture & Strategy at Frost Bank, where responsibilities included aligning technology investments with business strategy and leading digital transformation initiatives. Doug's experience also includes senior roles at Pearson, Fiserv, InteliData, Home Account Network, BSG Consulting, and Price Waterhouse LLC, showcasing a robust background in software development, project management, and IT strategy. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 1990.
