Caitlin Brongel

Caitlin Brongel has extensive experience in public service and government affairs, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of External Affairs at the Northwest Florida Water Management District since August 2016. Previous roles include Lobbyist at Southern Strategy Group Florida and Senior Program Analyst at the Executive Office of the Governor, where significant contributions included assisting in legislative processes and regulatory reviews. Caitlin began their career as a Staff Assistant at the Division of State Fire Marshal, and worked in the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Legal Affairs, gaining valuable insight into auditing and legislative functions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History and a Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy, both from Florida State University.
