Colby Panter

Colby Panter has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as the NWGIA Vice President for Oregon since January 2017 and a Police Officer with the Portland Police Bureau since 1997, where responsibilities have included gang investigation. Additionally, Colby has been a Task Force Officer with the Safe Streets Task Force since January 2013. Colby holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Linfield University, obtained between 1993 and 1997, and has completed European Union and German language studies at the Austro-America Institute of Education Vienna in 1996.
