Joe Territo

Joe Territo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Joe began their career as a Medical Technologist in the United States Air Force and University Hospital in 1982 and 1986, respectively. Joe then worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Kaleida Health from 1990 to 1992. Joe joined Catholic Health in 1992 as an Outreach Director, a role they held until 2007. Following this, they became the Director of Laboratory Operations at Metamark Genetics from 2008 to 2015, where they managed operations across multiple laboratory sites.

In 2016, Joe took on the position of Center Manager at Grifols, where they drove performance by establishing goals aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. In 2017, they transitioned to Sonic Healthcare USA, assuming the role of General Manager, Laboratory Operations. There, they oversaw capital and operating budgets, initiated process improvements, and implemented quality innovation and standardization of procedures.

Most recently, in 2023, Joe worked as the Laboratory Director at Northwest Medical Center, Willow Creek Women's Hospital, before being promoted to the position of Director of Laboratory Services at Northwest Health System.
