Ashley Banic, MSN, currently serves as the Market Director Physician Recruiter at Northwest Health since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute from December 2020 to June 2021 and as an Outpatient Surgery RN at Lakeshore Surgicare, LLC and Franciscan Health between 2016 and 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tele Med Surg RN at Methodist Hospital - Northlake and several positions within the United States Air Force, where Ashley held the title of SSGT, focusing on orthopedic care for wounded troops during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Ashley is an alumnus of Valparaiso University.
