Sam Snaddon

Sam Snaddon has over 15 years of work experience in the real estate industry. From 2007 to 2009, Sam worked as a Consultant at Kerr Partnering Pty Ltd. In 2010, they joined RM2 Pty Ltd as an Assistant Property Valuer. Sam then joined JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED in 2011, where they held multiple roles, including Property Analyst, Development Manager, and General Manager of Real Estate. In 2021, Sam joined Calvary Health Care as the General Manager of Real Estate. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Development at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, a position they have held since 2022.

Sam Snaddon received a Master of Property & Construction degree from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) degree from Monash University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Sam Snaddon has also obtained certifications in "Navigating Environmental Sustainability: A Guide for Leaders" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, in 2022.
