Sergio Elport

Sergio Elport has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment fields. Sergio is currently serving as the Vice President of Investments at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT since February 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and managed TZEL Capital, a Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisory Firm, from September 2019 to February 2021. Sergio's previous roles include being the Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Firm Capital from October 2017 to August 2019, and the Vice President of Investment Portfolio Management at Firm Capital Property Trust from October 2017 to August 2019. Sergio has also worked as the Director of Investments and Portfolio Management at Dream Global REIT from March 2017 to October 2017, and held various positions at Dream Unlimited, including Senior Manager of Investments from February 2016 to 2017, Manager of Investments from February 2015 to February 2016, and Senior Investment Analyst from December 2012 to February 2015. Before pursuing a career in the investment field, Sergio served in the Israeli Navy as a First Sergeant from 2001 to 2004. Starting their professional journey, Sergio worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at BMO Capital Markets from June 2010 to August 2012.

Sergio Elport earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2006 to 2010. Sergio then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Finance, General from the same school, studying from 2014 to 2016.
