Sophie Morin

Sophie Morin is a bilingual commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of senior management experience in the areas of facilities, operations, P3s, infrastructures and real estate. Known for her interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and focused sense of commitment to comprehensive portfolio management, Ms. Morin has the ability to 'see the big picture' and anticipates the impact of operational decisions with an emphasis on results and budget control. Prior to joining the REIT, Ms. Morin held executive positions at Veolia North America, Cadillac Fairview, SNC Lavalin, Allegro and Nortel, which involved iconic projects such as the CHUM (hospital), the Deloitte Tower and the Maison symphonique. In addition, these combined experiences on the CHUM project and at Allegro, has given her an orientation in real estate at the service of health that she shares with the REIT. Ms. Morin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in project management from École Polytechnique de Montréal. She is an active leader on NorthWest's Women in Real Estate (WIRE) committee, working to facilitate and support gender diversity within the organization.
