Terry Schmitt

Mr Schmitt is a real estate executive with 35 years of senior management experience in the leasing, management, and development of first-class office and mixed-use properties. In addition to NorthWest he has held executive positions with Canada’s leading real estate and financial institutions including ManuLife, Metlife, Oxford Properties and Bramelea. Terry has actively worked in a number of markets including Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Los Angeles and Washington D.C. He has negotiated over 200 major leases, managed 5.0 million square feet of office properties and completed 2.5 million square feet of development projects valued at $110 million. Terry is a Past President of BOMA Calgary and has served on the Board of BOMA Canada.
